Privacy policy
MyHealthDash (myhealthdash.xyz). Last updated 11 October 2026.
MyHealthDash gives you a daily brief of your own numbers. This policy explains what MyHealthDash holds about you, why, and what you can do about it. In this policy "we" and "us" means MyHealthDash.
What we hold
From the sources you connect. MyHealthDash reads data you have brought into your Vana account (Oura sleep, readiness and activity; ChatGPT conversations and memories; Claude conversations and projects) only after you approve each source in Vana. We read each source, work out the numbers, and then discard the records we read. We keep the numbers: the latest value, the day before, the seven-day average and the week and month windows, and the three sentences of each day's brief. From ChatGPT and Claude we keep counts only, never any text or topics.
What you tell us. When you mark something "that's wrong", we keep that note.
To run the service. Your Vana account address, the approval Vana gives us and the address of your Vana Personal Server, which sources you have connected, a record of each read and its fee, a record of what happens in the app, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. If you link Telegram, we keep the chat identifier Telegram gives us. Our server logs record your account address, the address of your Personal Server and which data category was read, never the contents.
Some of this is health information, which Australian privacy law treats as sensitive. We collect it only with your consent, which you give source by source when you approve it in Vana.
Why we hold it
To show you your brief, to send it to you on Telegram if you ask us to, to keep the service running and secure, and to pay the network's per-read fee. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing, we do not sell it, we do not use third-party analytics, and no AI model reads it.
Who sees it
- Our hosting provider. Our servers are in Germany.
- Telegram, only if you link it. Your daily brief, including your numbers, is sent through Telegram and handled under Telegram's privacy policy. Telegram stores messages on its own servers outside Australia.
- The Vana network. Each read is recorded on the public Vana blockchain: your account address, the app, the data category and the time. That record is public and permanent, and neither we nor Vana can delete it. The data you connect lives in your own Vana account under Vana's terms, not ours.
- Anyone the law requires us to tell, such as a court or a regulator.
No one else.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Removing a source deletes the numbers we worked out from it and any "that's wrong" notes about it. Delete everything deletes everything in our database that is keyed to your account, ends your connections in MyHealthDash and unlinks Telegram. We keep our record of past reads (the data category, time and fee) with your address removed. Copies in our server backups and logs are removed within 30 days. Briefs already sent to you on Telegram stay in your Telegram chat until you delete them there. Anything in your Vana account is yours to delete there.
How we protect it
Your information travels encrypted between your browser and our servers. Access to our servers is restricted to the people who operate MyHealthDash.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing myhealthdash02@proton.me. We act on a request once we have confirmed it comes from the account holder, for example by asking you to confirm it while signed in to MyHealthDash. We reply within 30 days. MyHealthDash is for people aged 18 or over.
Complaints
Email myhealthdash02@proton.me and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
